Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

Deposits suspected of originating from money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities will be frozen, and authorities may be notified.
Before processing any withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by providing valid identification documents. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. We do not permit third-party withdrawals or transfers to accounts belonging to individuals other than the account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. We reserve the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal if: (a) KYC verification is incomplete or documentation is under review; (b) we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms; (c) account activity suggests money laundering or illegal use; (d) active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; (e) account balance includes unresolved disputes or chargebacks. In such cases, we will notify you of the reason for the delay and any additional requirements for processing.
ug808 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. We reserve the right to refuse any bet, limit bet amounts, or cancel bets if we suspect fraudulent activity, collusion, technical errors, or violations of these Terms. Bets are considered accepted only when you receive on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your account history. In the event of technical malfunctions, communication failures, or errors in odds display, all affected bets may be voided at our discretion.
For sports betting markets, official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 officials, EPL, FIFA) will be used for settlement purposes. If a match is postponed, bets remain valid if the event takes place within 48 hours; otherwise, bets are voided. Abandoned matches are settled based on official ruling by the governing body. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ug808's total liability to you for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your account in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our decision is final and binding. We may review game logs, transaction histories, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and other technical data to reach our determination. You may close your ug808 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting closure. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (minus pending bets or bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Closure does not relieve you of obligations under these Terms for activities conducted prior to closure.
